 There
are 5 automatic control feeding assembly lines which could meet
the demand for all kinds of metal coating. Also, we have technicians
with solid technology. So, we can coat 200000 pens everyday.
Procedures for coating on metal surface as the following:
1.
Pre-chemical treatment: To increase the performance of antisepsis
and anti-rust, the service life and adhesion, we need to degrease,
remove dirt and dip into acid slot to remove the rust to prevent
second rust. Also, other chemical treatments are taken to
create phosphor film to fur ther
promote the performance of antisepsis and anti-rust.
2. Powder coating: We adapt the special KCL electrostatic
spray gun to coat powder paint on the steel evenly, then recycle
the left powder in the powder recycle equipment. Thus the
cost is low down and efficiency is increased.
3. Into oven and curing: Oven adapts liquid burning. It uses
constan t
temperature control to achieve one point temperature control
and test temperature in various points for standard cooperation.
Through natural cooling, the dried pipe in good adhesion
and protectiveness and the paint is hard to remove.
