Powder coating process develops rapidly in the line. It is a new technique in saving energy and increasing profit. Also, it can be recycled for producing environmental paint which is the substitute of paint in future. It mainly used for metal surface:

  3. Metal furniture、Chair、Desk、Beach Chair.
  4. Fridge、Washing Machine. The department produces hot solid powder paint including: epoxy, polyester, polyurethane and mixed.
    They can be divided into types of High-luminous, Sub-luminous, Non-luminous and Figured according to the appearance. According to the characteristics, they can be divided into: indoor decorative, outdoor durable, etc. The powder is made of excellent materials from abroad in scientific proportion. Thus, they are in good property and various colors. The department has solid technical strength and a group of technicians for developing and producing according to the customers¨ requirements.

We have four assembling lines and equipments such as huge high speed pre-cutting cauldron, high speed melting extruding machine and micro powder machine. The daily output exceeds 10 tons.
